Aldrin Piri
Definitely subscribed.  However, I think the issue is the ASF CMS tool
being used in a non-contributor/anonymous context per the instructions at
http://www.apache.org/dev/cms.html.

The tool sends these changes via [hidden email] which likely does not
have mailing list privileges.  It was certainly the path of least
resistance to use the suggested bookmarklet in lieu of the manual SVN
checkout and patch generation.
